All appointments require a $25 non refundable deposit when booking any appointment.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:

Please understand same day cancellations and no show appointments without a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in charge of full price of service. I am an appointment only Spa and need enough time to allow another client to book in the appointment time slot you had. I ask that you are respectful of my policies as I enforce them.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold appointments. Deposit will be be applied to balance at check out. Same day cancellations and no show appointments will forfeit deposit and remaining balance of service will be charged.

I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation and no show fees will be charged to your card on file.

All declined/failed credit card charges will result in client being required to full balance for future appointments.

If you have purchased a pre paid service or gift card you are not required to pay a non refundable deposit. However, if you cancel the same day or no show for appointment your service will be redeemed for that day.
